Navigos Group, the parent company of VietnamWorks, is a leading recruitment service provider in Vietnam. Its mission is to empower job seekers and recruiters in Vietnam to succeed by offering comprehensive recruitment solutions.
Problem:
In the past, VietnamWorks utilized third-party services for manual data processing and parsing, in addition to relying on tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data annotation and labeling. However, this approach was labor-intensive and time-consuming, prompting them to seek a more effective and efficient method of parsing and categorizing data from CV files.
VietnamWorks aimed to enhance their database, improve their search engine, and strengthen their machine learning models for recommendations and data processing. Consequently, they needed to implement a more streamlined solution for parsing and categorizing data from CV files.
Solution:
VietnamWorks opted for UBIAI tools due to its user-friendly platform and affordable subscription fees compared to other data-training platforms. Their primary requirement was a data labeling solution for entity recognition, which UBIAI specialized in providing.
By implementing UBIAI, VietnamWorks could increase the speed of their data labeling process tenfold and develop a significantly more advanced machine learning model than they could with third-party services.
