UbiAI is hosted on AWS, enabling us to leverage the robust security, redundancy, scalability, and key management features provided by the platform.
All data is encrypted using TLS. Data at rest within AWS is encrypted with military grade AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are managed through AWS Key Management Service (KMS), with unique encryption keys.
UbiAI conducts vulnerability and penetration testing semi-annually to ensure the robustness of our systems. Third party auditors audit our security processes yearly.
Some services in UbiAI are based on third-party providers such as Google, Azure and OpenAI.

Employees are provided with unique logins for all business-critical systems, and two-factor authentication is enforced. All access is monitored using Vanta and AWS. We adhere to the principle of least privilege, ensuring that employees have only the minimum access necessary to perform their roles, thereby enhancing our overall security.
